Dear God,
Lift him/her high on eagles wings, flood his intellect with your truth and surround his heart with hope. Protect him always, may he feel safe and secure besides you. Walk with him through each moment. Come be strength when he feels weak, offer advice when he needs consolation. Help him to rest, to lay down when he needs to and let others to absorb the pressure. I pray that throughout this terrible time he may recognize our love for him and Your love for him. Amen.
